Refund and Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a service We invite You to review our policy on refunds and service cancellations. This Policy has been created with Your satisfaction in mind. Whatever the case, you have 30 days to request and receive a full or partial refund. Yes – we are that confident.

The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Service within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which Your service started its fulfillment or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, enabled

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by contacting us via E-Mail or LiveChat, please note that LiveChat isn’t available 24/7 and we could request a written E-Mail.

We will reimburse You no later than 5 days from the day on which We receive your E-Mail. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. You might incur fees for such an reimbursement.
